UI revamp
At his product management team's request, I took a stab at redesigning the UI part of the mobile app which was already quite popular and with a large number of paid users but now seeing a spike in popularity during the first months of the pandemic. With all this new traffic, it was time for a re-do, but keeping the same functionalities and with minimum effort for the development team behind the app.
"Our main concern is that it's not the easiest to use - once you understand the order of operations it's seamless, but it's not intuitive."
